By accessing or using the Twosons platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or listing products.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order on Twosons, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you agree to these terms in full.

2 Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing via PayMaya.
• Twosons reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified.

3 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the vendor.
• Twosons is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4 Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

• Item received is significantly different from the listing description.
• Item is damaged upon arrival (photographic evidence required).
• Return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Opened sealed hobby boxes, packs, and cards are non-returnable due to the nature of collectibles.

5 Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on Twosons agree to:

• List only authentic, accurately described products.
• Fulfil orders within the stated processing time.
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws on commerce and consumer protection.

Twosons reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these obligations.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Twosons platform — including logos, designs, copy, and product images — is the property of Twosons or its vendors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7 Limitation of Liability

Twosons acts as a marketplace platform and is not directly liable for the quality, authenticity, or condition of products sold by third-party vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twosons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Twosons platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
